After the success of the GD held for the S.E and T.E Comp, CIA had arranged the Group Discussion Activity for SE I.T & TE I.T students in the drawing hall on 30th August 2010. The event aimed at building the confidence in the students to express the views firmly and also to provide them an introduction to Group Discussion.
The SE I.T & TE I.T students gathered at the venue at 3:30p.m for Group Discussion. After the welcoming speech the faculties Mr. Kushal. Birla, Mr. Kanchan Mahajan , Ms. Dheera Jadhwani, Mrs. Sapna Choriya & Ms. Nisha Lodha inspired and guided the students.
The students were grouped into 4 groups & each group containing the SE & TE
Students. Following topics were discussed in the Group Discussion-
· Effect of Cinema on Youth!
· Extra-Curriculum Activities.
· Are Studies More Beneficial In India Or Abroad?
· Reservation in Educational Centers!
At the end, from each group students were selected & final Group discussion was taken on the topic “Is China A Threat To Indian Industry”. Ms. Nisha Lodha & Mrs. Sapna Choriya had judged the students on various basis such as Regulation, Fluency, Points & declared the winners for the group discussion as-

Faculties guided the students about the mode of conduct during the Group discussion &
the session was further called off.
