Introduction to CSI chapter for students

        Hon. Principal Dr.Prabhakar Bhat, and Head of the CSE-IT department Prof.Umesh Bhadade addressed to the second year and third year CSE-IT students on the occasion of introduction to the

body chapter for students under CIA’s activity. Faculty members of the CIA -Mr.Khalid Alfatmi and coordinator Mr. Kushal Birla contributed their presence and guided the students. Newly formed committee of CIA organized the event on 6th August,2010 at drawing hall in Engineering building of GHRIEM Jalgaon.

CSI professional chapter for students:
         Formed in 1965, the CSI has been instrumental in guiding the Indian IT industry down the right path during its formative years. Today, the CSI has 66 chapters all over India, 381 student branches, and more than 40000 members including India's most famous IT industry leaders, brilliant scientists and dedicated academicians.
          Computer society of India –CSI is a professional body gives the platform to the students and faculty members to participate in latest technical events, workshops and seminars arranged at higher levels.
       Prof. U.S.Bhadade explained the membership procedure for CSI-Student chapter and benefits as well as opportunities through CSI to communicate with the external technical world. Also guided about the technical paper presentation and elaborated the contents of the paper presentation format.

Activity

         Introductory event of the SE-Computer students initiated the CIA activity. The “prize winning introduction” was given to
