Group Discussion Activity
Report
CIA had arranged the Group Discussion Activity for SE Comp & TE Comp students in the drawing hall on 20th August 2010. The main aim was to build the confidence in the students, to express the views firmly.
SE Comp & TE Comp students were gathered for Group Discussion. Mr.U.S. Bhadade (H.O.D. CSE & IT) addressed the students about the group discussion. CIA coordinator faculties Mr. Khalid Alfatmi sir , Mr. K. Birla sir & Mr. Ganesh Dhanokar ,Mr.Baljeet Kalsi, Ms. Veena Pawar, Ms.Sonal Patil ,Ms. Sonal Badhe ,Ms Chinkey Kukreja faculty members inspired the students.
All students were grouped into 4 groups & each group containing the SE Comp & TE Comp. Following topics were discussed in the Group Discussion-
• Examination – has it killed the education
• Kids are not today what they use to be
• Whether women should work for night shift or not
• Valentine’s day celebration is affecting our culture
At the end, from each group students were selected & final Group discussion was taken on the topic “Will India become superpower by 2020”.Ms. Dheera Jadhwani & Mr. Kanchan Mahajan had judged the event & they have declared the winners for the group discussion as-

Faculties guided the students about the mode of conduct during the Group discussion & the session was ended.
